startup tone

Simple request.. can anyone tell me how to get rid of this please. I'm on Vodafone and I'm talking about the annoying Nokia 'connecting people' hands!

Have tried settings, there doesnt seem to be a way, unless I'm missing anything obvious.

Yes, I find this annoying as well. I believe I flipped through the manual and it says you can change it to a 'text welcome' message or wallpaper? I found I can hit cancel and it will stop playing the stupid music. An impractical alternative is to start it up in silent mode? (Don't mind the hands connecting, but playing the stupid nokia music, no thanks).
