I've had the same sort of problem, it says that you can press options on the app that you want to add to 'go to' menu.
I can only seem to add things like images to the 'go to' menu.

the normal way of putting things on the 'go to' menu doesnt work fort most apps(going into the app> then in a menu selecting go to
try using app man & then in installed software press options & add to favortites
this should add apps to the 'go to' menu

steff2632,
thank for the suggestion, but it does not seemt o work, when i go into the application manager, (via tools - manager) and select the installed application, on clicking the options menu i only have the following options available - view deails, view certificate, remove, view log, send log, settings*, help and exit. there is no option to select add to favourites anywhere, even after expanding settings* option.
Did this actually work for your phone?
my n70 is v2.0537.1.7 dates 18/9/05
Thanks

You need to get and install AppMan from Symbianware first (and steff2632's reply wasn't very clear about that): http://www.my-symbian.com/7650/appli...Auto=234&faq=2
Without AppMan the specific application must specifically have been written to support the add to Go To/Favourites feature, and very few really do (very few of even built-in applications on the phone, and virtually no additional, installable apps).

caller id
 hi. I'm a newbie and couldn't see how to post, so here I go! I got a n70 and set the caller id to yes so that my friends know it's me, and it just won't show my number. I went into vodafone who said tough, I didn't buy it from them and it's not their prob. It was a present so can't take it back. Anyone out there help? pleeeeese

Go into ;
Tools>settings>call>send my caller id and set it either to "yes" or "set by network". This should do the trick.

You should phone the network directly, and they may be able to help....

Don't have that option... any N70 owner using this application? any idea why no such option? is it because this is not compatible with N70?
