.

I've seen that before, only with wav files then.
Somehow there are different kind of wav's and midi's. Be sure if you make one of those that u use the standard windows wav of midi format. Not some (new) compressed wav of midi.

If the wav-file doesn't work the reason is probably that wav is in "stereo-mode" and 7650 can't handle stereo files! You can change the stereo-mode whit GoldWave; just save in "8bit, Mono, Unsigned"-format.

Edit:
The midi-file is probably broken. I get the station.mid work whit AnvilStudio: I used the "File" --> "Repair song..." and save it again.

Links:
You can get GoldWave from here and AnvilStudio from here (FREE!!!).

Ok, this is for AnvilStudio:

"File" --> "Truncate Song" -->
-> "Delete from Start to current position"
or
-> "Delete from current position to End"

You can easily to jump good position in midi by clicking the "Time:"-box.

Is there also an option to change the volume of the midi file with anvil studio?

I'm not sure but I think that you can't change the "main" volume of midi-files... You can only change the volume of the tracks on the midi.
