I have a Holux GPSlim 236 with Serial Number 528-xxx dont know which firmware or how to find out?
My N70 has V2.0537.1.7 18-09-05 RM84
I have the same problems posted by most users in that the connection stops or hangs with Tomtom mobile 5.2.
Can you advise what I may be doing wrong.

I tired installing the Arabic/Farsi on Symbian by PSILOC on the N70. the installation failed to complete and now the phone is all messed up. I am unable to write SMS and cannot edit any contact or add groups.

Hi guys,
is anyone using Mobimate Worldmate on the N70.

I'm having some problems (all be it minor) with the way it operates.

First
Automatic Update does not happen even though it is set to update daily.

Second
"About Worldmate" - when I try to access this option, nothing happens.

Third
When I close Worldmate, it exits to the Menu screen and not the standby screen.

Anyone else got the same problems?

Anyone knows whether there are any application similar to Smart Profile and EProfile? Free one would be even better.

EProfile states that it's compatible with N90 but it's really expensive. Smart Profile is reported here that it's not compatible.

Hi,
I was using Worldmate on my Sendo X before. Nice App.
But the new Worldmate Version 2005 is too expensive and only for one year.

Additionly, the software already hangs up when starting on my new N70 (FW2.0536.0.2). So I was not longer interested in this software.

SmartProfiles will work provided there is no BixXda software on your n70.

thanks for the tips. have purchased sProfile from Symbianware. love the convenient of not switching the profile manually day in day out.

- zi Predictive Text Suite.
- autolock
- Switcher 1.6
- power call (not too well.. can have big caller id, but can't access 'option' to activate loudspkr)
- fscaller (not too well.. don't add it to 'Go To'.. will paralyse 'Go To')
- MGS MVRPool v1.1, Mad Macs v1.0 and Noumena Mahjong
- BibleReader 60_2 (from www.olivetrees.com)

Tried Sysman v1.01 from SymbianWare. Works well.. tried Appman v1.04 but it didn't show 'add application to Go To/Favorite' under option. so, may not be compatible with N70.
