open others mobiles steal Pics , Sim Names , and alll MMC and can recive His calls and hear it open and use his cam ,send msg without he accept

What you want is not a very friendly thing to do to anybody, Samo_bs.

Why would anybody consider being your friend, if what you want is to do unfriendly things (which are probably also illegal in many countries) to others?

Try finding an older, wiser person (perhaps your mother or father; I have a feeling that you are quite young), and ask them to help you become a better and nicer person. Grow up, in other words.
