Nope, have you re-named it with the XX_YYY_0.bmp using your ICC ID as the X's & Y's?

Maybe a sticky Oplogo thread would be the answer here.
To answer the question though, either
a) You haven't named the file correctly, but unlikely as you are using SeleQ to set the image as the logo
or
b) Your operator name is hard coded into the SIM like BT Genie do and there is no way round this that I know of.

AHA! there you go. this is what im talking about in the other thread that some operators coded a default logo in the sim which cant be overwritten!
i suggest use SeleQ, no renaming or anything like that necessary!

Downloaded Seleq 1.20
installed it
downloaded a oplogo pic from here to try
save it as .bmp ( with my operators ICC or something )
send it to my phone via e-mail
save the pic
opened Seleq
made all the folders ( C:/system/Apps/Phone/Oplogo )
transfered the pic on that folder
selected it as an oplogo
phone rebooted
nothing
am i doing something wrong`???

hmmm, let me see, if you have the latest seleQ, which is 1.20i, all you have to do is browse the image, press options, select FILE, select SET AS OPERATOR LOGO, the phone will reboot and there you have it..
i hope this works, if it didn't then i dont know how else to help you - sorry...

What do you mean by this? Are you installing a new logo and the previous logo still appears after the phone reboots?

When you go to c:\system\Apps\Phone\Oplogo you could see a bmp file there right? Try to rename your new oplogo (which should also be in bmp format) with the name of the bmp file in the said directory and overwrite the original bmp.
I hope this helps.
