a question

hi everybody from istanbul. I have just bought a panasonic x700. It is really a nice phone. But i think i have a problem. In fact ı even dont know if it is a problem or not, because there is not anyone using this phone around me. ok let me tell you.
When i copy my contacts to the phone, everything was ok. But when i scroll down or up to find someone in my contacts, the screen looks a little different. i am uploading an attachment to show you what i mean. the picture is not clear but as you see, when i go up or down in my contacts, the moving colorful rod looks like cant catch up the changes in the screen and therefore it looks as two or three rods. i hope the situation is clear. and sorry for my english mistakes if any.
now is it a problem or not?
