Application & File Managers stink!

I'm quite confused at how these two programs handle the files and applications I put into the phone. For example, I installed 20 themes yesterday into the memory card and found only two in the File Manager and another two in the Application Manager. They're all present in the Tools>Themes, though (which confirms that the apps were successfully installed). Contrary to the games I installed, they all appeared in the Application Manager but (still) not in the File Manager. Conclusive question is: How do I manage my files in the File Manager if they are not there in the first place? Please help.

You manage installed apps with the Application Manager app and installed themes with the Themes app. Photos, audio and video files you manage with the File Manager.

If you want to see all files, install FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/) and use it instead of the built-in file manager.
