sim card lock

ok here's my problem...
my phone is a nokia 3230
a while ago i changed a option on the phone "lock if SIM changed" and entered a password
i recently went to china and bought a sim card to use there...and i cant use the new sim card because i forgot the password
i can only use my original sim and have tried all the passwords i can think of and no use.

is there a way to to reset this password, or anything i can do bout the sim password??

i know you can find a file in the c: and get the mmc password, or wallet password, jus wondering where the file is that is holding the sim password??
