I have been using the HDW-2 for just over year now, during this time i have been puttting up with the known problem of "the phone not ringing when connected", last week the headset broke. So i am looking for a new one, i see the HDW-3 is out.
My questions is does this still do the same old"phone ONLY rings through the headset when connected"?
What was eventually decided?
Is this something all 6600 users are going to always have to put up with?
Is it down to crap phone design
Crap headset design, or just crap firmware version?
I recall it was fixed in a 6600 firmware release, so the first thing would be to have your nearest authrorized Nokia service/repair center update your phone.
