do wap protocol allows streaming media?

I think about making Wap site with streaming media for 7650.
Quick Question 8) : Does Wap protocol allows streaming content.
Can I transfer files through Wap??? :-?

Nope WAP has restictions on Data (Or rather your Operator puts restrictions on data), you will need GPRS data or an ISP connection to be able to stream.
