Nokia 3410 games on 7650?
Does anyone know whether games for other Nokia phones, for example the 3410 work on the 7650?
Prince of Persia is available for the 3410 and its Java, but will it run on the 7650?
Check out this link..

Sorry, its me again.
Or other Java games for other phones for that matter. Looks like there are some great games due for the Motorola T720, including Rainbow Six!

The 3410 apps that i have tried on my 7650 didnt work.If the game was to work on other java enabled phones it wouldnt be in the3410 section.
Dont mean to sound rude.

Even though J2ME should be platform independant, this is not entirely the case. You can realy tell whay J2ME games will work on the 7650. Its basicaly install-and-test. J2ME games that are device specific probably wont work on the 7650 if their are created only for Motorola, or samsung or whatever.

No need to worry about sounding rude, but it seems a shame that as Java is meant to be multi platform, that some good games developed for some Nokia phones dont work on others.
Prince of Persia kicks butt and having it on the 7650 would be great.
I wonder whether there are any patches/fixes/emulators in the works that lets you run other Java games.

Yes, but is it going to be for Vodafone customers only? On the other hand....T-mobile Video Recorder was for T-mobile customers only as well!

Rafe Yessssss. Cant wait.
Muffy Noooooooo. They cant do that to me ( (I'm on Orange)
Things seem to have slowed down on the games front. Doom was great, but since then things have been a little quiet. Do you guys know of anything else on the horizon that will make us go WOW, in the same way T-Mobile Video recorder did?
