Anyone ever encounter "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer." after hard reseting the phone with *#7370# ?

Did you read FAQ? I think not...you did not wait long enough before taking battery out (it might take several minutes to format phone).

Also keep phone in charger when doing hard-reset!!

READ FAQ!!!!!

yup resetting without the 7650 on full+charger.things tend to get ugly.
