There is also a program called pextender60 if you are looking to add more colors to the scheme. Sysiconz, although potentially unstable, customizes your phone by implementing several icon packs.

i also heard about new program called Flash_lite_1.1 still beta but it really changes the whole theme in N-gage QD & N-gage i saw some pic's about it it's really cool

"Flash_lite" sounds more like Macromedia's Flash Lite player than anything to do with themes.
