Nokia LD-1W Bluetooth GPS in the USA?

I have searched the boards here and haven’t seen to much discussion on this accessory for Nokia Bluetooth enabled phones.

I have seen an announcement here and this description on Nokia's site:

They say it was supposed to be available 1st quarter 2005 but I have found only one place to buy it:

It seems like this device is not for sale in the USA yet. I believe expansys.com is a UK company that has a USA branch. Perhaps they are importing this device for Americans who just cant wait for it to be widely available here.

You'll notice they say no software is included. Is this device officially released in the USA? I think these Bluetooth GPS devices are more available in Europe right now. I have done searched for similar devices and Tom-Tom comes up a lot but they appear to only supply maps for Europe presently.

My questions are:

1. Is the Nokia device supported in the USA yet?

2. Are there USA maps available?

3. Has anyone had experience with the LD-1W on a 6620?

4. Is it worth buying this now or should I wait until it is more widely available/supported?
