M1000 plantronics Bluetooth Head set HELP

i just got my M1000 head set and i was so happy to find it with a good price but the sales man told me i have to sownload a file and install it in my mobile to make my mobile bluetooth accept headset coz it is not set up for it, i looked every where for it and i couldn't find it :bad-words: can any one help me to upgrade my bluetooth to accept my M1000 head set.
the problem is that he told me he will email me the file :agrue: but he didn't and he is in another country so no way to contact him.

You cannot use a 7650 with a bluetooth headset. The 7650 has no BT headset profile

That's what i am saying :roll: , there sfotware to install to make the 7650 support the BT head set profile

There is no software which would enable Bluetooth audio on a 7650. The salesman appears to have lied to you. Are you able to get a refund?

did u buy the thing from the website or u bought it somewhere else

and if u bought the thing from their official website and the salesman is official u can sue the guy if u hav the original mail that he told u u need an additional software.

or try to get the s/w from him if it's really available then share with us

i did bought it from Dubai Gitex , and i live in Saudi Arabia, but i still have the invoice and i emailed him today if he respond with the link i will be happy to share it.

meanwhile nothing u can do until he repliis ur mail but maybe u can send him an email again
