HELP!!! Theme Studio ----> creating Themes Problem

Ive created themes before but ive encountered this problem and i dont know how to fix it....

First let me just say that all my images are im 24bit/bmp format. I fixed the bug in ---/Highlights/List Highlights (bottom Left pixel matching the Top right pixel). I run on WindowsXP Pro and i have SP2 installed.

The problem im having is that when i create the theme "BMCONV.EXE has encountered a problem" appears i press send then Theme Studio says "Theme Creation Successfull". But the *.sis file generated is only 3.11kb. Therefor the *.sis is virtuallu useless. I viewed the report and found out that it skipped a part of the process right after Phase3...

it skipped a huge part of the process.... Now i have no idea what to look for to fix this problem. I'd appreciate any help from you guys.. Thanks A lot! =)
