PLEASE HELP!!!! total symbian novice!!!

:( I am a sad bunny. I have seen all these fantastic programs mentioned, like the video application, but have so far not managed to get anything downloaded. I have no credit card so am trying to download trial versions. I attach the .sis file to an email and send it to my phone but all I get is "the message part application ???; attachment removed from the message because it is not supported by the phone. can someone please give me some advice on how to get started. would love to show my mates doom on my phone but havent got a clue how to get started.

try another Mailprovider...
Because here in Swiss it works fine.
The attachment can be open, and then the sis will be install from self.
It is actually no bug of your phone.
More the problem of your pop-account.
