Moving Apps to Games

Is this possible - to move apps in Tools to the Games folder? It doesn't seem to give you the option from what I can see.

Java Midlet games and apps can only be run from the Apps program, symbian games and apps can have shortcuts from anywhere.

I think there is a program out there that allows shortcuts to be created to Java apps but I cannot confirm this.
