Picture size on 6630

Hi my problem is that when I take a picture on my 6630 the size is around 30kb per picture I know there is a way where you can choose in mms small or large size for the picture choosing small takes it down to around 9kb when you take a picture . Can someone tell me how to do this please??
My settings are set to basic and and 640 size for the picture

In the Camera app: Options > Settings > Image > Image guality, etc.
