How to sync folders automatic?

I switched from PocketPC. I liked the automatic sync folder on my desktop where I had all my files updated automatic PC/PDA.
To me it looks like my p910 does NOT have this possibility?!
I would like to set up a system where this folder is synchronized pc/memory card each time I connect my p910i to the pc.
Is there any way to do this, or a software to buy which handle this?
