just want ask if the 7650 can display any gif?

The best way is go though the Nokia 7650 User manual page 55. All detail is there.

but i hav send some gif via ir and they don't move

yes,it only works if u push the gif into a mms...
there u can see the animation in loop.
If u want this also without this,u must load in the very small app. call aniviewer...
