Are we talking per day here

For me its probably dangerously close to 3 hours even when I'm meant to be working. I tend to leave it on in the background...

I do this also. For this reason, I would like to ask you

Is it possible to make a script to refresh the forum index or the main page to see the latest topics?

When using the back feature, my browser does not refresh

There isn't anything to do this as such. Personally I se the page here:
http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/phpBB2/search.php?search_id=newposts

and just press refresh every now and then it brings up all news posts in all forums.

What this site has done for me

We have ADSL and it makes surfing the web really so much nicer! We also have home PC's in a network so my husband can surf where he wants while I'm here. That way he is not complaining. You should try that trick too Upponalle

I got hooked on this site just a few weeks ago although I've had a 9210 for more than a year now. I try to keep this at a minimum (only about an hour per day) and keep sometimes a day or two in between without checking here, but often I do need a quick peak...

I've also found that following this site has made me buy software for my 9210. Earlier I only used what Nokia had decided I should be using. Now there's a new world of symbian software that has been opened for me.

Thanks Rafe (I think...)

For automatically refresh of any webpage, you can use AutoRefresher for IE from http://download.com.com/3000-2366-6934685.html?tag=lst-0-1 Great free addon for IE users 

Or the normal way, a simple html with 1 big frame which contains the site and then let that frame refresh every 5 min or so.

That's what we are planning to do... But then my wife will start surfing more and our daughter will complain. So it is a vicious circle
