Caller display

Hi All - my first post. I can't get either display to show the incoming caller's name, depite the Contacts database being populated (imported from Outlook via PC Suite 6.5). The settings are set to Phone and Name & Number. Any thoughts? It's all part of the on/off love affair I'm having with this device!

Do you have duplicate contacts (more than one contact record with the same number)? That's one possible and likely explanation.

If you don't have duplicates, try changing the numbers to include country code.

If you're in UK, take away the initial 0 and replace with +44.

My partner and my son have this problem on their series 60 phones

Have finally managed to catch up with the forum and you are right about duplicates being the problem. Seems the numbers I was tesing with coincided with the double entries! Many thanks for the help.
