Maybe Cincular wanted Nokia to turn off the MP3 support (because of their ringtone sales business, if they have such)?

That would make no sense, since they sell 30 second mp3s as ringtones. It doesn't work on my phone either, so we'll probably have to pester tech support about it and see if they can't do anything. Its listed to work with mp3 ringtones.

Put the ringtone on your phone memory instead of your mmc...that might do the trick.

I have a 6620 and MMC transcend 1GB and the mp3 tone in the MMC restand mi phone, but with the 32mb MMC no problem. I think its the size of the MMC cause this problem because in the moment to receive a call the phone search the selected mp3 but are to much archives and failed.
