Lithium batteries are batteries with "memory" which means that you can charge whenever you want Except the first time where the battery should be placed in the charger for about 16 hours!

actually what you mean MaleBuffy is that Lithium Ion batteries are batteries WITHOUT the memory effect, unlike Nickel Cadmium batteries which 'remember' how much charge was discharged in the last usage cycle and have a tendency to only give out around that amount next time.
