N7710 hangs~~~~help needed ..

hopes all the N7710 user can help out .....
actually ...i've buy the n7710 during visit in china .....but now ..my curent location is in malaysia ......

so now ...the things happen is ... my N7710 after charge ...suddently hangs ....
here is the details:

1.N7710 hangs after charge
2.manage to plug off the battery and restart ..my N7710 still can boot up and show the menu ..
3. once i click in the menu ....anything in menu or funtion ...my N7710 hangs ....


is there any possible that in china ...there hav their own firmware ?? coz i've ask few phone shop ...they said ..china have their own firmware ...and only can be fix by china ......

and again ..is there any possible to ask nokia to flash the firmware to english version ??? issit possible ??? and does it will compatible with my China set of N7710 ???

advise need .....helps needed ... thanks ...
