Using pc-connect I have unintentionally copied a .wav file in the playlist directory of my sendo. Now that file is not showed by the phone and using the file browser of pc connect I can't delete it but only rename. Does anyone know if there is another way to delete files on my sendo?

You have probably saved into a system folder which prevents deletion of content via PC connect browser. Try installing a 3rd party file explorer on the phone and then locate and delete. FE Explorer is OK and there are others on this site under the software tab!
