agile messenger not working

hi everyone im on o2 pay as u go and havin trouble using agile msngr the problem is that i hav the latest version but it is not connecting its says i just get error messages saying trouble connecting to server please help me

Are you getting a GPRS connection (should have a G with a square around it)? It won't work with a plain GSM connection.

IIRC, O2 block pretty much every port on their PAYG service so that you can only access webpages.

Unrestricted access is only offered to customers with a contract SIM.

im using a dial up gsm connection bcos if i use a gprs connection it wont work the thing is it used to work with dial up now it doesnt are any other o2 paygo people able 2 use agile??
