Problem sending pics to PC via Bluetooth (3650)

I believe I've set everything up correctly, including the relevant "File Transfer" service, yet when I attempt to send a file to my PC over bluetooth, it (the phone) just pops up a message "Unable to connect". I searched these forums but was unable to find an answer to my problem. I saw someone with a similar problem to which the solution was to change a value in the registry, yet when I looked in my registry, that value was already set to the one recommended.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are u tray to pair PC and mob!?

Try right click on BT icon then Quick connect, tham Bt serial port than yout phone name and see what happend!?

Usually direct sending works without any problems...
