cant see video clips via bluetooth

hi all

currently i asked my friend to sent me a video clips via blutooth but after i received
it seem like cant see it..!only a black colour background appeared and seem like
hang when u switch to full screen...!my friend using N6600 to sent me the clips
but i try using N6230 and still the same problem..! ...pls help...

do u encounter the phone can suddenly restart by it self...! do u have this problem
...pls help...!
