Does anyone know sites with programs about Panasonic x 700
Many programs for Nokia 6600 can not work on my phone , especially this which are about camera and video recording , maybe beacause of the different hardware . Nokia 6600 have the function to be used as antiradar does the panasonic have the same . From where i can check about new firmwares .

Every single phone is just as good as an "antiradar" as the 6600 is. Come to think of it it, also every single pencil, spoon, stone, flower, CD, handkerchief, painting, sock and milk carton are just as good, too.
In other words (and if someone's sarcasm detector happens to be broken or turned off), all of the items above are pretty useless for that purpose, including the 6600. What I'm saying is that there is no kind of "antiradar" function whatsover in the 6600 (no secret codes to enable it, no special software to install to get it, etc.).
