Changing "3" Home Screen Settings
I have an Unlocked A920 flashed to A925 and I was wondering how I would go about (or if it is even possible) To change the settings on the home screen so that they are not specific to the "3" network, as I am in Canada and not using that.
Thanks for the help.

Yes, possible.
A guy from Austria programmed a very nice software which runs on a PC (Windows). You can customize all three pictures, names and URLs of the home screen. Currently it's only in German, but not very hard to use/understand.
You have to have full access to your mobile's C: drive to exchange the modified files!
Search for A92xMENUv13 or A92xMENUv13.rar, you might find it somewhere for download.

How do I should put changes in my phone? I create snack.ini and put it in c:/system/apps/now folder but after reboot I see the same settings as it was.
Also when I try to generate snack_now.sbm I see an error screen and program falls down...
Please give me instructions how to use this program especially created snack.ini

Make sure you put the program in a folder on your root where it has a small file name. If there are long filenames/ones with spaces, apparently the MBM graphic file doesn't get created.
I moved my proggie to C:\A1000 and it works a treat.
I backed up snack.ini and then copied the snack.ini and snack.mbm file to System\Apps\Now. Rebooted and worls good!
Still looking for a way to use the three snack lines to make them point to an application on the phone instead of the internet with 3s walled garden approach.
