I doubt it, i guess it's an option, it doesn't say in their website that it comes included

I saw a picture from the 3650 with a 16mb application data mmc in it.
The 9210 users got it with there phone, so why not the 3650 users?

You never know what nokia is planning for! Maybe the rather expensive price of the 9210 persuaded the card to come with the phone, as it would be unbearable to pay such price and then go around and buy a card too! Same thing for the 3650, since it's a youth phone, it would't have everything included, that's why it gets it's cheap price.
There's 128 MMC cards out there! Imagine that on your 3650

according to Club Nokia Careline, the 3650 will NOT have a MMC included, we can buy an "official" Nokia one (64MB only) or cheaper ones "around the world".

16MB - £15
32MB - £20
64MB - £32
128MB - £66
or www.dabs.com, www.clove.co.uk - i would suggest just looking around.

u should be able to use ANY mmc card in the phone.
