Here's a 9500. Anyone want to swap for a 9210i?

That's an interesting perspective. It's at least a little refreshing, you usually only hear the nice stuff about a new phone/pda!

It's articles like this that set this site apart from normal 'fan sites' - the ability to objectively look at something; A rare and valuable quality.

Similar issues have been bugging me for a while, complaints about general performance of the 9500(Contacts searching),the build quality(the forums are filled with complaints about the hinge and the latch). Now i'm back on the hot seat.To be,or not to be...

Performance of searching in Contacts with the flip open is identical to that on the 9210i. Unless you go adding extra search fields, which slow things down significantly. The really slow bit is Contacts in the cover OS, though. 8-(
