Incomming Connections

I have a nokia 6600 with bluetooth which I can use to connect to my home computer with. I am trying to setup an Incomming connection with Windows XP so I can dial up my mobile form another computer and create a VPN. When setting up the incomming connection I selected "Standard modem over bluetooth connection" as the modem but then when I dial my phones number from another computer. the phone rings but the computer does not answer. Do I have to set something up on my phone or is there a way of doing this.

Thanks
John.
