How can I easily convert MP3s to AMRs? With which program? Thanks

U can Convert Mp3 Wav Or Any Movie to amr. and movie to 3gp
with NOKIA MULTIMEDIA CONVERTOR V.2

Why bother? The converter rapes mp3s and makes it into a bad sounding amr. Just convert the mp3 to mono and boost the volume. Makes a great sounding ringtone .

Just try Mp3 Cutter and then use Audacity for making loud.
