i need help copying my contact's #s to my sim card. i know the user guide says to go to the # then select copy to sim direct. but, it ain't working. i'm getting the "not copied" error msg. is there something that i need to do in order to access the sim card to copy the info over? your reply is greatly appreciated. thanx.

copy to sim help
Make sure there are no spaces () or - in the phone number as does happen when synching with Outlook sometimes. Then you should be able to copy to the sim.
