Hidden Settings in Access Points

Hi, I recently bought my 2nd. SIM.. It's from anoher operator and I facing for the 2nd. time the same problem..

The operator has settings for GPRS/MMS Access Points that are not available when I create a new access point with the default settings.. There's no way to insert there settings like "Connection Security", "Session mode" and "Gateway IP" ..

With my 1st. operator, I downloaded from nokia through SMS their settings and these settings included the options "Connection Security" and "Session mode" that weren't available ..

Now with my 2nd. operator, Nokia does not provide their settings and I have to set "Gateway IP" for it to work with GPRS/MMS..

Does anybody already faced this?? How can I enable this settings to configure the Access Point properly??

My firmware version is..
V 3.42.1
16-10-03
NHL-10

I had a similar problem on my 6600 with firmware 3.42

You should just have Nokia send you the settings for your 1st operator through SMS. Once you receive the settings then just go in and manually change everything to your 2nd operator settings. The important thing is that now you will have the "Connection security" and "Session mode" missing fields.

I did it and it worked for me.
