Testing SIS applciation before installing on the phone

Hi to all ,

I'm new about Symbian world and I have Nokia 6600.Is there an emulator for Windows to test SIS application (freeware ownloaded from internet) before installing on the phone ? (Some application crash my phone !!! ) .

I downloaded form Nokia Symbian 60 SDK with an emulator but I can't load SIS applciation , only build an emulator with C++ compiled application embedded.
