aka White Screen Of Death

This is the new boot up problem. The "symptoms" of this problem is:

Problem "symptoms"!

1. When you boot up your screen is all white
or, 2. When you boot up your phone you have a white screen and all it says is NOKIA!

this has been happening more and more. There are two ways to fix this problem:

Ways to fix this problem!

1. Take it to a Nokia repair center.
2. Flash your phone. (Please remeber that this is illegal)

Flashing your phone by yourself is free and illegal. Taking it to a Nokia repair center may not be free but it is not illegal. To learn how to flash your phone please email me at [E-mail removed]. I would not like to post how to flash a phone as it is 100% illegal.

To reduce this problem!

1. Always check the files that you put onto your phone.
2. Check how big the size of the files are.
3. Check how much memory is left on your phone.
4. Buy an MMC card to put files on.

I made this post for some people who don't use common sense and flood the forums with a huge amount of posts saying: how do i fix this? what happened?

i had this happen to me. yes i had put stuff on to the c: drive, but not alot, and it crashed when i recieved too many text messages. i wasnt using fExplorer so i didnt know i was running out of space. 540 odd messages in inbox. My advice, clean it out regularly. they can build up easily.

Not something i thought of as common sense!

P.S. anyone know if the guys in Nokia can read messages on phone etc before they flash it?

I.Love.ngage, I dont know where U live, but AFIK flashinga a phone by yourself isnt illegal. As lng, as U dont change the IMEI no U just risk loosing warranty. The phone belongs to U and U can do whatever U want to it

Yeah, thats right flashing my phone isnt illegal + shouldnt have to pay 4 a design fault, any 1 know what program 2 use?
