Access Point modify/delete "Unable to access database"
I recently purchased a Nokia 6600 with service from T-Mobile. I am running Symbian OS version 7.0 (I believe ?) with firmware version 4.09.1.
In the Tools --> Settings --> Connection --> Access Points
there are a number of "profiles" that came preconfigured on my phone. There is one called T-Mobile VPN that I have attempted to modify. When I make ANY change to that item, I cannot save the changes--in other words I cannot click on "back" after the change to save it. I must select Options --> Exit thereby cancelling the changes. All other Access Points are editable.
In a similar fashion I have tried to delete that Access Point but I receive the following error: "Unable to access database. Try again later."
I have tried both a hard reset, and soft reset as suggested by Nokia support. This has not helped. Does anyone know if this is standard behavior?
