N-Gage Backup

Hey all,
I'm having a problem with the backup feature on my N-Gage. When I select 'Backup device mem.' I get an error:

'Memory card:
System error.'

I thought it was my MMC so I tried a different one and got the same error. I've had this error before with the Recorder and a friend has had it happen for Images.

The only way I found of curing the problem was to reset the phone by using *#7370#.
I would do this now, but I haven't got a backup of any thing that is currently on the phone. Is there a program that I can use to backup everything like the N-Gage backup does?
