I'm trying to find WAP 2.0/xHTML mobile Internet (WAP) sites, but so far I've only found a handful... Know any WAP 2.0/xHTML mobile Internet (WAP) sites? Post their URLs (addresses) here!

Why would you even need to access those pages when you could view the actual HTML web pages using a good browser like OPERA. Is there any advantages?

The most obvious advantage is that xHTML/WAP 2.0 mobile Internet (WAP) sites are usually optimized for small screens, such as that of the N-Gage, making them easier to see and navigate. Furthermore, xHTML/WAP 2.0 mobile Internet (WAP) sites usually load quicker and are much smaller (fewer graphics, etc...), so you won't pay as much when accessing them, as opposed to using a HTML Internet browser (such as Opera or NetFront). Finally, "full" Internet sites don't always display well on small screens like that of the N-Gage, even when using a "full" Internet browser's "small-screen" function...

Besides, more and more xHTML/WAP 2.0 mobile Internet (WAP) sites are offering the majority of the content found on their HTML counterparts anyway... Add to that the advantages of xHTML/WAP 2.0 and you have no reason not to be accessing xHTML/WAP 2.0 mobile Internet (WAP) sites!

Another way to access WAP2.0 XHTML content sites
is to use a free service like:

http://www.webxcope.com

it maps a majority of exisitng HTML web sites into
xhtml sites. Give it a try and you might find it useful
for your favorite destinations :-)
