Finding exact java APIs available?

Anyone know where on the device I can find datafiles that would allow me to determing a complete list of usable java classes?
I've written a midlet to simply probe classes using Class.forName, and protocols using Connector.open, and have found that contrary to the docs I can find, my 3650 (firmware 2.50) can handle socket:// URLs and has the Nokia SMS API (like WMA but including the ability to have a midlet triggered on SMS receipt like in WMA1.1, the WMA on 3650 is only 1.0).
The only file of any decent size I've found is kmidrun.exe which is 500k and doesn't seem to have enough relevant stuff in it, although there's some stuff looking like fields/methods starting at 0x3c040.
