Please help!!!

I lost my phone but made a backup luckily. Ive been trying to extract the contacts but there is no way to view the contacts.cdb file. I did some research and since I don't and none of my friends have a symbian device I downloaded the series 60 emulator SDK. Ive tried for ages but I can't get the damn thing to work. When I open the emulator all it says is series 60 and nothing happens, could someone please tell me how to get around this, of if someone trustworthy will take my contact.cdb file and convert into any readable file for me!!

Well I finally did it!!(without the help from anyone here!)

I went to the following website: http://www.newlc.com/article.php3?id_article=134 and followed instructions...

I then imported the contacts.cdb file into the phone directory and was able to view them.

I tried to follow the instructions reported there but still don't know how to extract Contacts.cdb
from the backup. Can you please give some further indications?
