DOOM 1.0 for 7650 is OUT !!!
YES, it came out yesterday
But did not try it yet, as you will need more than 2000k of free space to install it and I can't really be bother to delete all my files .. try it .. then install them all again.
So .. if you have a lot of time .. it's here :

I installed it! An it says that I have no memory even though I deleted most of my progs! THIS SUCKZZZZ!
Then i disabled almost anything! It works! Good graphics, Fast rendering! But i miss my progs :(
Played it! Has some bugs when pressing Abc for opening doors. The character keeps moving forward! The menu is so small you cant even read it!
In order for it to support sound you have to pay 10 good ones for the PORT!
I say, remove the bugs, test it, and then try to make money! Do something about the size!
Bye

I've been waiting for this for a while, I think plans will be in the pipeline to make it smaller with future updates. I seem to remember reading it having the same problem with the 9210.

Please note if you want to save on space you do not have to install of the levels they come in two parts. (But where's the fun in that)

Question: Do owners of the 7650 place games as a main reason to having bought the phone?
Personally, I see games on the phone as a bonus and I don't use them much. I certainly wouldn't dream of wasting all that memory on Doom; that's what my Gameboy Advance is for
What do other people think?

Bounce is too adictive, I comepleted in in 2 weeks, now It's boring. When you get to the end of level 11, it says you need to download some more levels from Nokia.com. But I can't find the rest of the levels.
Doom is a real good game, I wish it didn't take up all this space though.

Just a wonder: The installation of doom takes about 1700 k. And after that you need 2000 k of free memory to play it. Thatīs an alltotal of 3700 k. I guess you have to remove all data on the phone then. Or have I missunderstood something?

It's cool to see stuff like Doom coming out!
Does anyone know any architecture specs for the phone (clock speed etc.) - it must be fairly decent to push something like Doom along.
