Suite not detecting n-gage via bluetooth

Hello,
I am using a belkin f8t003 (v.2) bluetooth dongle to attempt to connect my n-gage to my pc. The problem is that the pc suite is apparently not detecting my n-gage.

The bluetooth device is working without conflict and I am able to pair the devices correctly with any issues.

When the pc suite starts up, it asks me to attach my n-gage to my pc and press ok. I click ok, as you do, and it repeats itself like a parrot. I am using the latest build of PC suite. I really can't figure out what could be wrong.

Can anybody shed some light on this situation?

Hi. Just hade the sam problem as u. To sort this u need to turn the reuters on ur pc. Good luck.

What does "reuters" mean? Can you describe what to do exactly?

Pardon my cynicism, but what has reuters got to do with bluetooth and an n-gage? Does anybody have an answer that makes sense in relation to "phones"?

ive got the same problem i dont know how to turn on the routers or wotever they areplease someone help me!!!!!
