Sync Time Zone problems with all Nokias Symbian OS v7.0

Hello!
I am testing a SyncML server, and I have a problem with all the devices which works over Symbian v.7.0. When I sync my device with the server, all the incoming vCalendar objects (meetings, and so on...) move 3 before.

SonyEricsson has a patch to fix that in their mobile, but I did not find any for Nokia. I was trying to modify the file NITZ.dat which seems to be the file for that purpose.

I have contact with Nokia, but no solution.

Does anybody know how to fix?
