Lotus Notes 6.5 DOS Window when in Sync

Can anyone please advise on a problem I have when I sync messages in Lotus Notes 6.5 and P900. I have the latest P900 firmware and the latest PC Suite. When I sync messages a 'DOS Window' opens filled with jargon about converting MIME messages to CD. The sync appears to work ok and this only happens with messages. All other Lotus Notes transfers work OK i.e. Calendar, To Do etc.. Has anyone had the same experience as I am at a loss of how to resolve?

we should get together - I can sync my Contacts with no problem, don't need to sync e-mail as I do that wirelessly, but trying the calendar causes a similar DOS window to appear and all the calendar entries on the P900 to disappear ! NOBODY seems to be able to solve this.

Please check your calendar for entries created with a notes client <4.6.
If you find one, you have to delete it for a working sync.
